We had another wonderful Retreat filled with laughter, learning, and friendship. Ponderosa Lodge at Mt. Springs Lodge hosted us again. This years speakers were top notch - Nikki Quinette from Simmons and Assoc. spoke on utilizing an appraisal as a management tool to increase practice value, Ruth Ann Halford from Fortune Bank discussed how and when to talk to your banker, Carrie La Jeunesse, DVM addressed the important issue of compassion fatigue, and Jan Miller led various discussion surrounding improving performance in your practice through practice and staff management.
